Founded in 2016, ACV Construct is a leading construction consultancy regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We deliver professional services that ensure commercial, retail, and residential projects run smoothly and efficiently—from initial conception through to successful completion.

Operating throughout England and Wales, we provide a comprehensive range of consultancy services, including Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administration. Our tailored, hands-on approach supports clients at every stage of the construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In addition to our core services, we have developed a specialist Fire Safety Consultancy division. Our in-house team of highly qualified experts offers strategic guidance on key fire safety issues such as external cladding, internal fire protection, and legal and statutory compliance. We act on behalf of a wide range of clients as Applicants’ Representatives and Grant Certifying Officers for projects funded through the Building Safety Fund and Cladding Safety Scheme, ensuring full regulatory compliance and expert oversight on high-risk building works.
