ACV Construct is an RICS-regulated construction consultancy, founded in 2016, delivering expert Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administration services across England and Wales. We work across the commercial, retail, and residential sectors, offering tailored support from project inception to completion.

Our in-house Fire Safety Consultancy team also provides specialist advice on cladding, internal fire protection and compliance, including acting as Applicants’ Representatives and Grant Certifying Officers on Building Safety Fund and Cladding Safety Scheme projects.
